Frictionless, no-touch entry into the Building, using only your phone. Mobile access means no more touching surfaces for entry as your phone unlocks the door upon arrival. Utilizing cloud-based software means you can implement everywhere and access anywhere. This forward-thinking solution for Entrada tenants will ensure your employees safety and security above all else. Credentials without contact.
6 FLOORS, 6 TOUCHLESS ELEVATORS
Entrada is uniquely designed with dual central cores and equipped with 8 elevators across the 11 stories of the project (including the parking podium). The 6 office level floors of the building are each served by 6 elevators (3 cabs per core) allowing every office floor to designate its own private elevator and ensure the highest levels of safety and security. The elevators of the building are also destination dispatch enabled which promotes a new touchless experience for all tenants and visitors. Each floor can feel like its own building.
REMOTE, ONSITE CONNECTIVITY
Work on your own office network, anywhere throughout Entrada at the same speed and security as you would in your office with multiple fiber providers (5x5, Spectrum and AT&T). At Entrada you have the freedom to work outside of your office space onto your private balconies, Skydeck, or the building lobby and cafe’ all without compromising your network speed and security. No more dead zones or dropping calls in the parking garage. Work anywhere.
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL PATH OF TRAVEL
The office floors of Entrada were individually engineered to add-on additional vertical penetrations, both interior and exterior. This allows tenants a range of optionality and the bespoke ability to customize their desired space circulation and path of travel while also taking advantage of immediate access to outdoor space. Elevators aren’t your only option.
COASTAL CLIMATE & INDOOR/OUTDOOR INTEGRATED DESIGN
Entrada sits less than 4 miles from the Pacific Ocean and immediately west of the 405 freeway. Its large ~50,000 RSF floorplates, 14,000 RSF outdoor Skydeck, 2 outdoor balconies per floor and 12’6’ slab to slab with full height window walls promote an abundance of fresh air intake, natural sunlight and optimal circulation. Our engineered window wall system also offers the optionality for tenants to add operable windows per floor, further increasing the amount of fresh air flow. It’s always sunny in LA.
TAKE CONTROL OFYOUR ENVIRONMENT
The Building is designed with package HVAC units versus a centralized spilt system, allowing Tenants the ability to customize their HVAC intake/output specifications. By having full control and access of dedicated package units per floor, tenants can directly control and monitor their own UV light and humidity levels. Studies have shown that UV light in an HVAC system can kill up to 90% of microorganisms living within the coils and air ducts and higher humidity levels can significantly reduce the transmission of viruses. Your own environment, just the way you want it.
